They were paying a local Newspaper company to develop and maintain their website. They were not happy with the look of the site or the performance. They were given minimal options and expected more results for the $2,000+ per year that they were paying. Sly’s also had very little social media presence, only posting 1 or 2 times per month. The owners were just too busy to do it and did not have funds to hire a Social Media Manager.
Sly’s opened its doors in 2014 and quickly became a food hub for students and locals alike. However, most of their customers were referred by word of mouth. FirstPage identified areas that Sly’s requested improvement and developed a plan to revamp their website and social media platforms.

Business Listings Management
After meeting with Sly’s and discussing their options, we decided to implement a digital marketing strategy that consisted of Web Design, SEO and Social Media Management. With the website re-design, it was important to include an online menu, offer online ordering, utilize lead triggers, improve the aesthetics and show up on Google Search.
We delivered a website on time that met all of the parameters given. We also executed a social media strategy that is still in force today. FirstPage posts 5x per week for Sly’s on Instagram and Facebook. We developed and curated all content that is shared on these platforms.
Our SEO efforts resulted in an increase of 494 spots for 21 keywords on Google’s mobile search results and an increase of 368 spots on Google Rankings. We also saw a significant jump in online reviews, with an oncrease of 36% on Facebook reviews alone!
